Childy Empower

Terms of Use

These terms apply to users of Childy Empower, including families, independent professionals, staff members and organisations. By creating or using an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for information and children you are authorised to access.

1. The service

Childy Empower provides digital tools for child profiles, assessments, plans and goals, sessions, progress, reports, family collaboration, school support, organisational administration and related workflows. Available features depend on account type, role, permissions and enabled modules.

2. Authorised use and account security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only the access granted to you. You must not attempt to view, copy, change or disclose another child’s or organisation’s information unless you are authorised to do so.

3. Professional responsibility

Childy Empower supports professional workflows but does not replace professional judgement. Professionals remain responsible for reviewing assessments, plans, goals, reports, clinical notes and decisions before relying on or sharing them. Users must comply with the rules, licences and professional requirements that apply to their own practice.

4. Noor — AI Specialized Assistant

Noor — AI Specialized Assistant provides decision support, summaries, explanations and practical suggestions using information the user is authorised to access. Noor does not diagnose and cannot approve reports, goals or treatment decisions. AI-generated content should be reviewed by the appropriate human user before it is used in professional or care decisions.

5. Families

Family access is intended to help parents and guardians view appropriate parts of a child’s journey and, where available, complete non-diagnostic early developmental screening. Family users may not alter professional assessments, confidential notes, professional plans or approval decisions unless a separate authorised role explicitly allows it.

6. Organisations and staff

Organisation administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate staff, assigning roles and keeping permissions current. Staff must use the platform only for the children and workspaces assigned to them. When a staff member leaves or changes duties, the organisation should update or remove access promptly.

7. Subscriptions and paid services

Paid professional and organisation features may be subject to plan limits, usage allowances, renewal periods and separately agreed commercial terms. Family access to a linked child’s shared journey is not sold as a required paid subscription. Fees for optional or separately purchased services may be governed by additional written terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass security controls, interfere with platform operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, exploit another user’s access or use Childy Empower in a way that violates applicable law or the rights and safety of children, families or staff.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Childy Empower reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, improved, restricted or replaced as the product develops, including changes needed for security, legal compliance or service quality.

10. Account closure

Users can initiate an account-deletion request from Settings in the Childy Empower app. Some shared, organisational or professional records may require reassignment or lawful retention before the account is fully removed. Access can also be suspended or ended for serious misuse, security concerns or breach of these terms.

11. Contact and support

Questions about these terms or the service can be submitted through Help & Support inside Childy Empower or through the contact options published on childyempower.com.
